To support the need of CS Integrated to expand operations in the Southeast, FDG was commissioned for detailed architecture, engineering and design of a 210,800 SF refrigerated distribution center. C.S.I.’s new center is also able to accommodate growing distribution needs through all rail service now provided at the facility.

• Provides for the 100% expansion of the warehouse
• Site is able to accommodate 37 parked trailers
• Facility provides two levels of freezer temperatures
• Convertible temperature room
• -20 degree ice cream freezer, 0 degree freezer temperature, 32-55 degree cooler and refrigerated dock
• Single and double deep rack systems with 68” to 95”

This facility is now owned and operated by Atlas Cold Storage.
