As part of an ongoing relationship with CR Bard, which started in the early 1990’s, FDG served as the Owner’s representative and single point of responsibility on four separate projects. All projects involved research and development facilities, value engineering and clean room technology. Program budgets totaled more than $80 million and included the following:

• Urological Division, Covington, GA. 80,000-SF Ethylene Oxide Medical Device Sterilization Facility
• Sterilization & Medical Device Manufacturing Facility, Puerto Rico. 200,000-SF, 2-story facility with 3 separate manufacturing areas and 5 sterilization lines.
• Bard-Moncks Facility, Moncks Corner, SC. Consulting services for life and process safety assessments and complete facility review to ensure compliance with regulator building codes.
• New Sterilization Facility, Madison, GA. A 103,000-SF facility to sterilize medical equipment and surgical kits. Included 6 sterilization lines.
