Facility Design Group was selected by CaliCheese, a start-up company, to provide preliminary engineering and consulting services for a 300,000 square foot cheese processing facility that would annually process 1.42 billion pounds of milk into 154 million pounds of American Style Cheese and 800,000 pounds of sweet cream. Facility Design Group working with Tetra Pak provided an in-depth report, that included preliminary design and equipment selection.
